Nursing Registry Consultants, Corporation (NursingCorp) was started in 2004 by Joseph Caracci, RN, BSN, MBA, to provide much needed resources to new and existing owners of healthcare staffing companies. Mr. Caracci has owned and operated healthcare staffing agencies since 2000 and it was his own experience with the industry that was the impetus for starting NursingCorp.

Mr. Caracci was disappointed with the lack of resources available to entrepreneurs that wanted to start their own staffing agency and wanted others to benefit from his acquired knowledge. In a relatively short period of time, NursingCorp has grown into the most trusted resource in the industry for consulting and business systems related to healthcare staffing.

NursingCorp is a proud member of the National Nurses in Business Association, the Nurse Entrepreneur Network, the City of Chandler Chamber of Commerce, American Staffing Association, and the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration. Mr. Caracci has completed the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Temporary Healthcare Staffing Service Certification Seminar and is listed in the 2004 ¬2005 Strathmore's "Who's Who" for his demonstrated Leadership and Achievement in Business Operations.

In 2008, NursingCorp was honored to be chosen as the exclusive healthcare consulting partner for StartMedStaffing by Advance Payroll in Cleveland Ohio. In addition, Mr. Caracci serves on the Board of Advisors for several healthcare staffing companies throughout the United States. Mr. Caracci has been in a senior management position within the healthcare staffing services since 2000. Mr. Caracci has also served as an expert witness and provided reports and a deposition on the operation of a healthcare staffing company.
